The LA Sparks Fan Portal serves as a convenient way for Season Ticket Members to manage, transfer, and sell their LA Sparks tickets on the web. If you are a Season Ticket Member, access your LA Sparks Fan Portal here.

Tickets can be transferred via the AXS app, AXS.com, or through the online Season Ticket Member Fan Portal. Log in, select the tickets you wish to transfer, and follow the prompts. For large groups or multiple transfers, it is recommended to use the online Fan Portal for more efficient management.

Tickets can be sold through AXS Official Resale. Select the tickets you wish to list and tap “Sell.” AXS provides options for when you would like your listing to expire.

AXS Official Resale provides a secure and convenient platform for fans to buy and sell tickets. Fans can list tickets they cannot use, allowing others to purchase tickets delivered directly to their AXS accounts. AXS guarantees every AXS Official Resale ticket is 100% valid. Sellers receive payment via direct deposit.

Can't make a game? As an LA Sparks Season Ticket Member, you can exchange your tickets into another regular season game.

How It Works

• Exchange tickets from up to 11 regular season games during the season.

• Exchange requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before tip-off.

• All exchanges are subject to availability and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Once an exchange is completed, it is final and cannot be exchanged again.

Exchange Limits

• Members may exchange up to 9 tickets into a single game (excluding blackout games).

• Members may upgrade to a higher-priced seating location by paying the difference in ticket value.

Blackout Games

Blackout games will be announced at a later date.

Important Notes

• Exchange requests may be submitted before your season tickets are paid in full; however, exchanged tickets will not be distributed until your final payment has been received.

• Requests are typically processed within two weeks, though processing times may vary based on volume.

• Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on seat availability.

After Your Exchange Is Processed

You will receive a confirmation email from AXS Guest Services once your exchange has been completed.

After processing:

• Your original game tickets will be removed from your account.

• Your new tickets will appear in the AXS app and Fan Portal.
